Before the scheduled service date, we contact you to confirm to ensure our crew will not be disrupting anything going on in your facility and reschedule if necessary. This is particularly important for services scheduled in advance as we know that unexpected events or activities can arise at any time.
Our service technicians are highly trained, certified, and experienced. They are also uniformed, bondable, and insured.
Using specialized products and equipment, they do the cleaning and they do it well. Sometimes, due to the nature of a stain, its age, or the type of material, a stain will not come out the first time.
That’s why, after every service (except daily janitorial), your consultant is there the next morning to personally inspect the work.
If any re-servicing is required, it will be arranged at no extra charge. Daily janitorial clients also get regular inspections - just not daily.
